Frequently Asked Questions

The length and frequency of therapy is up to you. During our initial consultation, we can discuss what it is you're looking for and customize your sessions to ensure your needs are met. You are your own expert, and we will collaborate as a team throughout the way to ensure the therapeutic process works for you. 

All virtual appointments are conducted via secure telehealth portal from the comfort of your own space. We also offer limited in-person sessions in our Fairfax office located off of Route 50 and near Route 66. All ASAP classes and services are conducted in-person only. 

Please note, all therapy sessions are by appointment only. 

Good news! We are working on accepting the following insurances: CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, and United Healthcare.  In the meantime, we only accept self-pay. However, we are happy to provide a super bill which you can submit to your insurance company for a partial or full reimbursement. Rates are listed below:

Individual Therapy- $160 for 60 minutes

Supervision for future LSATPs and CSACs- $100 per hour for individual; $75 per hour for group

Need to cancel or reschedule? Please let us know at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. Please note, any appointment missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged the full session price.
